REFUND POLICY FOR TPAP APP

Thank you for using the TPAP App for your bill payments, ticket bookings, and entertainment services. We aim to provide a seamless experience, but we understand that issues may arise. Below are our refund policies specific to each service provided.

1. General Refund Policy

If you encounter any issues with our services or wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed according to the terms set forth by the service providers involved and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System)

For transactions made through the BBPS, refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective billers. Please note that:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the transaction date.
  • Any processing fees charged during the transaction may not be refundable, depending on the service provider’s terms.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source as per the service provider’s policies.

3. Bill Payments

For standard bill payments:

  • If a bill payment is duplicated or erroneous, please reach out to us within 30 days for assistance.
  • Refunds are subject to the biller’s policies and may take 5-10 business days to process.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

4. Ticket Booking and Entertainment Services

For ticket bookings made through our app:

  • Cancellations and refunds will depend on the terms set by the event organizers and service providers.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted in accordance with the specific cancellation policies of the event.
  • Processing fees may apply and will be outlined at the time of booking.

5. Payment Processing Refunds

All payment processing fees associated with your transaction will be refunded to the source of payment as per the terms and conditions of the service provider. Please refer to the privacy policies and refund policies of the respective providers for more details.

6. Compliance with Regulatory Bodies

Our refund policies comply with the regulations set forth by the following authorities:

  • National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI)
  • Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
  • Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
  • Any other applicable regulatory bodies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our refund policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new refund policy on our app. You are advised to review this refund policy periodically for any changes.
